My name is John.
I am an artist and graphic designer currently residing in Southern California, U.S.A. I've had a passion for the arts ever since I was a toddler and grew interested in graphic design as a teenager. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a major in Graphic Design. I have had experience in creating theater/concert posters, logo rebranding, apparel graphics, social media graphics, painting, illustration and more. Much of my work is inspired by different cultures, human rights, social issues, and the many little joys in life.
"Viet-Triet" is my name given at birth. Hoa is my middle name. Nguyen is a Vietnamese name. You can call me John.
When I am not creating art or designing, I am spending time with RAD Camp of Orange County, who provides camps and programs for people with disabilities. We promote the philosophy that everyone can rise above their own disabilities. I also spend my time with MenAlive Chorus, the Orange County Gay Men's Chorus where we promote understanding and acceptance of the LGBTQ+ community especially those in Orange County. I enjoy watching movies and television, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new places.
